Wesley Robert Lowe
Vancouver, BC, Canada
Contemporary worlds infused with mysticism. Breathless, brain-twisting plots. High-stakes suspense that churns the psyche. Relentless, warp speed action. Intertwining cultures. Colliding and colluding worlds. Wesley Robert Lowe’s passion is to immerse his cross-cultural tales with all of these; to grab readers with stories that hang on deep into the night, long after they’ve turned the last page. Thrillers that grip the soul. Wes has a Master’s of Music degree from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies from Regent College and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing from Humber College. When he’s not writing, he enjoys roasting his own coffee and playing his 1908 Steinway Grand Piano. He specializes in incorporating Chinese elements into the Western mainstream. Wes is Chaplain for Chinese Canadian WWII Veterans, member of the Chinese Canadian Military Museum, on the board of B.C. Christian News, a member of the American Federation of Musicians and the Writers Guild of Canada. He was appointed by Cabinet Minister Jason Kenney to be Chair, Chinese Canadian Advisory Committee to the CHRP.
